New Yard Waste Policy
Our trucks use onboard computers to pick up customers.  If you do not subscribe to weekly yard waste collection, your address will not appear on the yard waste drivers stops to pick up.

In the past, our route drivers collecting trash would call in addresses to the office that had paper yard waste bags out.  Our office will then schedule the address.  A pin will then be added to the yard waste driver's onboard computer.  This works most of the time.  However, if the yard waste truck has left the area, your yard waste may not get picked up until the following week.   It is not cost effective to send the yard waste truck down every street looking for paper yard waste bags.  The yard waste truck covers multiple routes.  They only have time to pick up scheduled stops.

We are requesting if you do not subscribe to weekly collection, please call or email at least one day prior to your trash pickup day so we can schedule your yard waste bags on the yard waste trucks list.
